Operator and scope

Elk Grove Field Ledger is operated by Susman Insurance Agency. This notice covers this website, its seven review forms, site measurement, calls, and text messages. It explains the information involved, how it is used, and the choices available.

Form information and delivery

Depending on the form, we collect name or first and last name, email, optional phone, reply method, topic, history focus and note, planning focus and note, country-property focus and note, message, ZIP code, occupancy, home type, vehicle count, primary use, and timing. Honeypot fields are used to reject automated abuse. Do not submit Social Security, driver’s-license, payment, medical, alarm, entry, or account information.

Valid form answers are delivered to a fixed authorized agency recipient through service providers that perform form processing and email delivery. Provider acceptance is reported to the browser; it is not a guarantee that a person has read or acted on the note. Answers are not stored in a site database, browser storage, or application logs. After delivery, ordinary authorized-mailbox retention applies, with no separate post-delivery cleanup promise. Form answers are excluded from site measurement.

Cookieless site measurement

Live cookieless measurement is used to understand page use and technical performance. It can collect the page address and title, referring page with query information removed, screen size, browser and device characteristics, language, local clock, timing information, and coarse location derived after two bytes of the network address are anonymized. Cross-domain linking is off. Measurement identifiers are randomized, raw records are deleted after 90 days, and form answers are not collected by this function.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals suppress the collection request. This site does not set measurement cookies. The same-domain measurement route does not provide a public reporting dashboard.

Calls and recordings

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance where law permits. You may ask not to be recorded. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority.

Text messages and announcements

Any text-message invitation will identify the brand, explain the expected message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions. Consent to texts is not a condition of insurance. Other announcements may be stopped using the instructions provided with them or by raising the request through the site form with the Privacy topic.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A child under thirteen needs a parent or guardian's permission before using a form. If we learn that such information was provided without permission, we will take appropriate steps to remove it from the systems we control.

Service providers and legal needs

We use providers by function for website delivery, abuse prevention, form processing, email delivery, measurement, communications, and operational security. Their processing is limited to the function being performed. This does not change the rule above: recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority.
